Daniel Banchik and Amy Dantzler represent both buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the Los Angeles area from their Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office in Beverly Hills. They are designated Luxury Properties Specialists for their experience and expertise handling multi-million dollar transactions and are consistently ranked among the top 1% of the company nationwide.

Daniel and Amy make a unique team. They have a combined experience of over 25 years in the real estate business - handling sales, financing, escrow, property management and legal issues.

Daniel has been a Realtor since 2001 and has worked successfully representing buyers and sellers from the Westside to Silverlake as well as in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Daniel was a management consultant both in the U.S. and abroad. This experience gives him a very professional approach to the real estate business.

Amy brings over 20 years as an attorney who has handled matters related to many aspects of real estate including contract disputes and construction defects, both of which can be important in any real estate transaction today. She has been a real estate broker since 2002 and, in addition to sales experience, has a thorough understanding of the financing side and the current state of the mortgage market having worked in that area of the real estate business from 2002 through late 2010. Her legal education and experience sets this team apart from the majority of area agents.
